How to connect Sony Pxw X70 cam to OBS in Pc via HDMI for record and livestream.

To connect your Sony PXW X70 camera to OBS in your PC via HDMI, follow these steps:

Turn off both your camera and your PC.

Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the camera's HDMI output and the other end to the PC's HDMI input (or use hdmi to usb converter and plug that to USB of PC)

Turn on your camera and set it to "Camera" mode.

Turn on your PC and launch OBS.

In OBS, click on the "+" icon under the "Sources" section and select "Video Capture Device".

In the "Device" dropdown menu, select "Sony PXW-X70" and click on "OK".

In the "Properties" window, select the resolution and frame rate that matches your camera's output.

Click on "OK" to apply the settings.

You should now see the camera output in OBS, and you can use it as a source for your livestream or recording.

Note: If you don't see the camera output in OBS, make sure that the camera's HDMI output is set to "1080i" or "1080p" (depending on your camera model) and that the HDMI cable is properly connected. Also, make sure that the camera's "USB Streaming" setting is set to "Off".
